The MN038 license allows you the exceptional ability to calibrate IC223 (2020+) and IC177 (2023+) clusters in Mercedes-Benz vehicles, equipped with Visteon R7F701529 BGA processors. This software license ensures a safer and simpler process, not requiring any work with the EZS (EIS) module - it is neither needed, nor affected during the procedure. Synchronisation between the EZS (EIS) module and the Instrument cluster is blocked without the need to use a filter! All operations are carried out directly on the IC223/IC177 cluster PCB for maximum efficiency and reliability.

Functionality:

Adjust the mileage value in the IC223 (2020+) / IC177 (2023+) clusters in Mercedes-Benz vehicles, equipped with Visteon R7F701529 BGA processors

Block the synchronization of the mileage with the EZS module (no need to use any type of filter in the vehicle!)

The procedure requires working with the IC223/IC177 module's PCB on bench, unsoldering a few capacitors and soldering the wires to the CB501 cable onto it. Wiring diagrams are included within the software for guidance. If alternative wiring is required for specific modules, please contact support@abrites.com for additional diagrams and assistance.

In order to connect and work with the IC223/IC177 cluster successfully, you will need the ZN085 RH850/V850Programmer and the ZN092 adapter.
